Dear Applicant,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your application to participate in the Resident CARES™ Program.
We have been humbled by the hardships many of our residents are facing during these unprecedented times. Certainly, we wish we had unlimited resources to provide help to everyone in need, as there is so much good that all of us can bring to the world by caring for one another.
Due to an overwhelming high volume of applicants we receive, please note that the approval process is not immediate, and we are unable to approve everyone. Applications are processed once a month with the assistance of an independent party. We realize paying your rent at the beginning of the month, is a critical reality for everyone. We understand that times are difficult and have gathered this list of available resources that we encourage you to also explore, if you have not already:
For the limited number of applicants that we can approve, those rewarded recipients will receive an email you your approval to confirm the amount of the approved *credit* you will receive on your account.
